Ingredients
1/2 pound lean ground meat1 egg1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs1 pkg. frozen spinach8 oz. tortellinil1 large can low sodium chicken broth
Directions
mix ground meat with cracker crumbs & egg
make 1/2" meatballs
bring broth to a boil, add meatballs for 5 minutes.
add spinach until thawed & boiling
