Cranberry Orange Sauce - serving is 2 tablespoons

Ingredients
Cranberry Sauce  2 bags of cranberries 1 cup of white sugar 1 cup of brown sugar 1 cup of orange juice 1 cup of water ½ cup of orange juice frozen concentrate ¼ teaspoon orange oil 1 tablespoon of vanilla
Directions


Put all ingredients in NONALUMINUM, NONIRON pot – enamel is great! Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Cook at rolling boil until jelled. For smooth cranberry sauce, push through a sieve to remove tiny seeds and the skins. For chunky, simply refrigerate.

Makes about 4 cups of strained sauce. Servings are 2 tablespoons.
