BBQ Cheesey Chicken Roll Ups

Ingredients
1 each, Green pepper, Red Pepper, Yellow pepper sliced1 large onion sliced1 lb. bonelss skinless chicken breast1/3 cup BBQ sauce4 10 inch Tortillas1 cup shredded cheese
Directions
Cook and stir veggis in large nonstick skillet 3 minutes. Add chicken (stripped) cook until no longer pink. Stir in BBQ sauce and cook until chicken is done.

Spoon chicken mixture down center of tortillas; top with cheese. Roll up; cut in half.

Serves 4, 2 halves each
