Corn off the Cob

Ingredients
2 Cups Corn cut from the cob1 Tbsp Butter, unsalted1 Garlic Clove, minced1 tsp Lemon Juicesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a wide saute pan melt butter and add garlic. When you can smell the garlic add the corn and lemon juice.
Toss until heated through, season with salt and pepper.
Serve warm, serves 4.
