Ingredients
3 Cups of diced tomatoes1/2 Cup diced onion (we prefer green onion or red)1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro1 tsp. salt2 tsp. lime juice
Directions
Prepare all ingredients as described & combine in a medium bowl. Sauce can be eaten immediately, BUT...time & refrigeration yield an incredibly better flavor,

Serve with tortilla chips.
