Yam Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 C flour (mix with white, wheat)1/2 C coconut flour (optional, if not use 1/2 white or wheat)1 C brown sugar1 tbs baking powder1 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp nutmeg1/4 tsp cloves, ground2 eggs1 C yam puree1/2 C almond milk (or milk of choice)1/3 C coconut oil
Directions
mix dry ingredients well, and wet ingredients in a separate bowl. add wet ingredeints to dry and mix well. (coconut oil will harden with the cold milk so mix well)

drop by spoonfulls into muffin lined pan and bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
