Vickie's Easy Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast (cut into strips)2 green bell peppers, cut into strips1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips1 red bell pepper, cut into strips2.5 cups salsa2 tbsp flour1 package reduced-sodium taco seasoning1/4 cup reduced-fat sour creamShredded cheeseShredded lettuce
Directions
Before cooking, cut the chicken into strips. Also, cut the bell peppers into strips.

Mix the flour and the taco seasoning together in a separate bowl. Coat the chicken evenly with the mixture (kind of like making fried chicken).

Put the chicken into the crock pot, followed by the salsa and bell peppers. Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours, or on HIgh for about 4 hours.

Makes 8 servings. One serving is 2 small corn tortilla fajitas. The calorie count will change if you serve this with rice or other additives.
