Curried Lentils

Ingredients
Garlic, 6 cloves choppedDry lentils, 1 cup Onions, raw, 1 largeSpices (to taste, add a tsp of each and then increase if desired)CuminCurry powercinnamonsaltpepper
Directions
This really couldn't be easier.
Chop onion ( I like it big, but it doesn't matter)
Toss all ingredients in large pot with some water. (I just use the curry jar)
simmer uncovered, stir occasionally, add water as needed.
Makes 6 BIG servings, serve alone or with brown rice.
