2 cups Walnuts,pieces 2 cups dried pineapple2 cups chopped dates3/4 cups Raisins,1/2 cup Dried Cranberries1/2 cup dried blueberries1/2 cup Apricots, dried, chopped1/2 cup Dried Cherries1/2 cup honey1 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp Cinnamon1/4 tsp Allspice, 1/4 tsp Cloves, ground,1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground, 1/4 tsp Salt,1/4 tsp Baking Soda, 3/4 cup Natural Sugar (sucanat) 1/2 cup Butter, unsalted, 2 Eggs1/4 cup Orange Marmalade2 tlbsp Molasses
Mix all the fruits and nuts with honey together in large bowl. next mix flour and spices all together in small bowl. Cream butter, sugar and eggs together stir in marmalade and molasses. add arlternately with flour to fruit mixture starting and ending with flour. bake in 5 small loaf pans at 275 for 1- 11/2 hours. serving size is 1/8 slice of on small loaf.
