Turkey Leftovers Chili

Ingredients
3.5 cups of turkey, shredded1 c black beans, from the can partially drained1 c red kidney beans from the can partially drained1 1/2 c chopped sweet vidalia onions1 lrg carrot, chopped1 c broth from turkey1 Tbls turkey drippings2 tsp cumin2 tsp chili powder1 1/2 Tbls minced garlic1 can Rotel or tomatoes with chiles2 Tbls red salsa1 10 oz can plain tomato sauce1 c water
Directions
Coat bottom of large pot with oil.
Saute onions for until almost clear.
Add cumin, chili powder and garlic and saute another 30 secs.
Add meat, coat with spices and cook another minute.
Add rest of ingredients, except tomato sauce.
Bring mixture to a low boil for a couple of minutes, probably on medium or medium high, uncovered.
Add tomato sauce, stir, lower heat and cover. Let simmer for about an hour.

Serves aprox 6.
