Rise and Shine Whey Protein Bar

Ingredients
1 scoop Whey Protein Powder ( I used Jay Robb vanilla) 4 T Nopalina Flax Seed Plus 2 T Wheatgerm1.5 oz Raisins (1 small box)1 cup Oatmeal1/4 cup Sliced Almonds2 T Light Agave Nectar (Honey would also be good)2 T Reduced Fat Peanut Butter (I like the crunchy) 40 mL water1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. I used my kitchen aid to make sure the peanut butter got mixed throughout. Shape into 4 bars. I like to wrap them individually in plastic wrap.

    Made the bars today. Did not have all of the ingredients but still turned out pretty tasty. Put in the oven for 5 minutes and toasted. - 2/26/18
