Spinach Alfredo Pizza

For Crust (recipe thanks to BRFRIED):3/4 Cup White flour1/4 Cup Whole Wheat flour1 tsp Italian seasoning 1/2 tsp.salt1 tsp Baking Powder1/2 C waterSpray PAM for panFor pizza toppings:1 1/2 cups Kraft Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese5 oz (1/2 frozen "brick") of spinach3 cloves of garlic, chopped finely1 cup Ragu Light Alfredo Sauce
For Crust (again, thanks to user BRFRIED):
Preheat oven to 400
Mix all ingredients together. Knead until workable & spreadable, about 2 minutes.Roll or spread the dough out to close to the desired size.
Spray pan with PAM spray and then place crust on to pan and use fingers to nudge the crust into shape.
Place in the oven for 4 minutes, to set the crust. You can skip this but I think helps the crust to stay crispier.
For the rest:
Remove the crust from the oven.
Spread chopped garlic over bare crust.
Top with 1 cup Ragu Light Alfredo Sauce
Top with spinach
Top with cheese
Bake 10-15 minutes on 400, until cheese is melted and crust is to desired crispiness.
