Chop 4 eggs, add to eggs, the following:1/4 cup shredded cheese, 1/4 cup bacon bits, 2 tbls mayo.,1 tbls dijon,1 tbls Newman's Vinigarette drsg.,10 sm piminto olives, chopped, mix all well serve with bread or lettuce (opt)
