Cabbage, Ham and Potatoes

1/2 small head of cabbage1/2 large onion, diced12oz ham (97% fat free)5 medium red skinned potatoes, dicedsalt and pepper 1-2 chicken bouillon cubes (optional)
Cut cabbage, onions, ham, and potatoes into bite sized pieces. Put all in one large pot. Cover with water an inch or two above the ingredients. Add bouillon cubes and a pinch of salt and pepper. Bring to boil and let boil for 20-25 mins, or until potatoes are done. You can even turn down on low until you're ready to eat--this will just make the flavors better. Serve and enjoy!
