Made this last night and looooved it. I used some pre-cooked chicken from the store and threw it in when the orzo was almost done. The flavor combinations are delicious. - 1/6/10

Loved this! I'll definitely be making it again. I cut the recipe in half and used 1 fresh roma tomato instead of the canned. It turned out great! - 11/11/13

This dish was really good on a cold, snowy night. I made it per the directions .... except for browning the chicken with the onion as others have suggested and using low fat feta. Yum! Its a very pretty dish, too. - 1/11/11

really good...used rotisserie chicken breast meat and half the orzo which cut down on calories...would have loved more cheese but would know that would add too many calories...gonna add garlic next time. - 9/13/10

This was fantastic! The serving size is about 1 1/2 cups per serving, which is very generous. My hubby and I loved it! Will definitely make again! - 8/11/10

I liked this recipe, but it wasn't a big hit for my husband and son. My husband doesn't like feta or lemon, and my son didn't like the texture of the noodles or the spinach. - 7/11/10

I did add - I threw in a tb of minced garlic with the onion, basil and marjoram, fresh ground pepper and a dash of cayenne pepper. Used 1/2lb chicken leftover from cooking a whole chicken the night before, and added in 1 cup sauteed baby portabella mushrooms to substitute the rest of the chicken. - 5/17/10

This was really good & quick. I sauteed the chicken w/the onion & then brought the broth to a boil before adding the orzo. A whole bag of spinach was perfect amt. After cooking the orzo for 8 minutes, I took it off the heat & added the spinach. Sit covered for 5 minutes and stirred in feta. - 4/11/10

This simple recipe was suprisingly tasty. The contents were sticking to the bottom of the pot by the time the chicken was ready, though. I suggest cooking the chicken first. I might add fennel next time. - 2/14/10

This was fantastic! I made the mistake of adding salt to the dish before garnishing with feta, which made it very salty (totally my fault). Other than that, it was a great meal and definitely something I'd make again. - 2/2/10

This was VERY good! I tweaked it a bit by only using one teaspoon of olive oil and some cooking spray. I also used lower fat Feta cheese, and it was good! I also cooked the chicken before adding it to the pot. I always worry about chicken not cooking enough. This was tasty and very filling! - 1/14/10

It was good and easy to make. But I wasn't sure if it was supposed to be soup like or if the chicken broth was supposed to be cooked down. - 12/31/09

LOVED it! It's really filling, and the feta cheese adds a lot of flavor. I used whole wheat orzo. Thanks for the recipe :) I'll be making this again. - 12/17/09
