Ingredients
Chiken Breast, skinless, 10 oz Brokkoli, roh, 300 gram(s)Bell Pepper, Red Raw, 1 cup slicedBaby Carrots, raw, 100 grams Cranberries, 0.5 cup, wholebutter spray - I cant believe its not butter, 2 serving Romano Cheese, 10 gramsseasoning salt 0.5 tsp
Directions
sprinkle chiken breast with seasoning salt and put in a refrigerator for 2 hours. Mix the vegetables, put in the oven safe dish, put on top chiken breast, spray with butter and sprinkle the romano cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake 360 F for 30 min. Makes 4 serving

    Im a fool for chicken but for a full meal it's about 300 calories when you make fried chicken but this is about 157 calories so its great for a dinner when your on a deit thanks SparkRecipes! - 7/21/11
