White beans (pinto, cannellini, ect..)Red Bell PepperLarge OnionCan of Crushed TomatoesCarrots1lb. Ground Turkey (lean)Chili Seasoning to taste

brown turkey in the bottom of a large pot. chop onions and peppers and add to pot. add carrots. add beans. add tomatoes. add chili seasoning. bring to a simmer/boil. serve. makes 8 generous servings.
