Tin Foil Oven Baked Swai[cat] Fish [ 1 fillet = 1 serving]

Ingredients
* cat fish fillet [51/4" x 2" x 3/8"] one fillet, 1 serving (remove) * Lemon Peel, .5 tsp (remove) * Garlic, 3 cloves (remove) * Parsley, 1 tbsp (remove) * Scallions, raw, 1 small (3" long) (remove)
Directions
Preheat oven 425*
Cut 2 pieces of tin foil big enough to wrap fillet in.
Chop garlic, parsley, scallion and zest. [Emerli's bam 1/8 teaspoon if you have the mixture]
Place fillet on tin foil, spread garlic mixture over fish, place lemon slice on top of fish. Close the tin foil making a sealed packet, and bake in oven for 20 minutes.
