Bread 50% Wholemeal Breadmaker

Ingredients
2 tsp Surebake Yeast, 175 g. Wholemeal Flour, 175 g. White Flour, 1 Tbsp Honey, 1 Tbsp Canola Oil, 250 ml Milk, 30 ml Water.
Directions
Place ingrediants into breadmaker following the order your breadmaker machine indicates. Some machines put dry ingrediants in first while others put liquids into the machine first. I leave my bread to cook overnight so I am not tempted to eat the bread while it is still fresh and hot. Makes 14 slices of 28 g.
