HK Style Milk Tea #1

Ingredients
6 cups tea, strong8 oz evaporated milk, whole
Directions
Heat six cups of water and add 6 bags of tea. Steep in hot water for 15 ~ 30 minutes to produce a very strong tea. Add evaporated milk and simmer over low heat for another 10 minutes. Remove from heat to drink hot or let cool slightly and serve over ice cubes for a cool drink.
