Ingredients
1/4 Cup Butter3 Eggs3/4 Cup Whole Milk3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
Directions
Serves 3

Put 1/4 cup unsalted butter in 3 to 4 quart pan and set into 425 degree oven. Put 3 eggs in blender and mix for 1 minute at high speed. With blender running, gradually pour in 3/4 cup whole milk, then slowly add 3/4 cup flour. Continue mixing for 30 seconds. Remove pan from oven and bake until puffy and well browned, about 20-25 minutes. Serve at once. Top with powdered sugar, syrup, fruit, jam, etc.

    try this recipe this morning, it was great! Although I would say that it makes more than three servings..more like 6 or 7, its alot! I made a sugar free strawberry sauce by cutting up strawberries and simmering them on the stove in a few tablespoons of sugar free vanilla torani syrup. good stuff! - 10/3/10

    Powdered sugar, regular syrup or jam would definitely remove this from the sugar free category. Sounds interesting, but high calorie and carb count per serving. Probably not appropriate for Diabetes meal plans. - 8/6/10
