Nut Free Granola

Ingredients
4 cups old fashioned oats, 3/4 cup wheat germ, 3/4 tsp salt, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup honey, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions
Combine oats & wheat germ. Combine, stir & bring to boil remaining ingredients. Pour over oat mixture & combine. Put on foil covered pan evenly. Cook at 325 for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
