high fiber wheat bran bread

Ingredients
1 cup wheat bran1 cup sou flour1 cup all bran cereal1 tbsp baking powder1 tsp salt1 tbsp cinnamon20 egg whites1 cup canned pumpkin3/4 cup chopped prunes or any other dried fruit
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a large baking dish (9 x 15) with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients until well blended and spread evenly in pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until center springs back when touched or toothpick comes out clean. Makes 9 large bars.
