Ingredients
2 large eggs1/2 cup 1% milk4 slices Nature's Own Double Fiber Wheat Bread1 tbsp ground cinnamon1 tbsp vanilla extract2 pats of butter, to grease panT tbsp powdered sugar to sprinkle, if desired
Directions
Whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla until well combined. Heat a large, non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and add one pat of butter, swishing it with a spoon to coat the bottom of the pan. Dip two slices of bread (one at a time) into the egg mixture, coating both sides and place side by side in the large skillet. Cook for about one minute and flip the toast over to cook on the other side. After that, cook until the toast is the desired doneness on both sides (for me, about 2 minutes each side on low heat). Repeat the process, above from melting butter in the pan to the end for the other two pieces of bread. Once done, sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar through a seive.

This makes two large servings of French Toast. The cinnamon and vanilla make this taste as good as funnel cake without all the guilt!
