Carrot, Raisin, Pineapple and Walnut salad

Directions
1 cup measured julienne-cut carrots 0.25 cup raisins1 ring dried pineapple chopped2 tbsp chopped walnuts2 tbsp mayonnaise1 tbsp juice from an orange ( can also use lemon juice for tangier flavor)
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and place in refrigerator to let flavors mix.
Tastes best if it sits overnight but can be eaten after 1-2 hours.
Makes 4 quarter-cup servings as a side dish or 8 1-oz servings as a salad topping.
