Thanksgiving cleanout soup

Ingredients
Turkey Stock made from your leftover carcass 25-30 cups4 med potatoes, sliced 1 cm think2-3 sweet potatoes, sliced 1 cm thick2/3 a can pumpkin puree (leftover from something, if you have a whole can use the whole can!)4 med carrots, peeled and sliced 1cm thick1 med onion, sliced 1 tsp ground clovesSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Get all ingrediants to a simmer. Cook until root veg is easily smashed.

Add a decent amount of sea salt.

Blend in batches, straining as you go. Taste again, seasoning. Enjoy. You have so much more space in your fridge!
