quinoa pizza crust

Ingredients
1 cup quinoa cooked1 cup sprouted black eyed peas(or cooked)0.5 cup chickpea flour0.25 cup coconut oil2 cloves garlicchili flakes, salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients in food processor
grease pizza pan
press dough into pizza pan
add light toppings
i like marinara sauce and a sprinkling of veggies
cook for 45 minutes at 300 degrees
cut into 12 pieces

    I really liked this unleavened pizza crust. Adding some great nutrition instead of empty carb calories was an added bonus for me. I modified it, as I did not have any black-eyed peas in the house - just left them out. - 7/13/12
