Ingredients
1 lb cooked turkey breast meat5 cups chicken broth (or 5 cups water + 1 cup turkey drippings)3 chopped carrots3 chopped celery stalks2 cups chopped mushrooms1 tsp salt1 tsp basil1/2 tsp rosemary1/2 tsp parsley1/2 tsp tarragon1/2 tsp coriander1/2 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Makes 10 1.5 cup servings. Put turkey, broth and spices into pot and simmer for 90 minutes. Add chopped vegetables until vegetables are tender.
