Ingredients
1lbs Barilla Elbow Macaroni4Tbsp Butter, salted2Tbsp Flour, white4C Milk, Fat Free, Skim2oz Wegmans Colby Jack Cheese2oz Cheddar Cheese1C Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
Butter 9in X 13in baking dish. Preheat oven to 350degrees

Boil the macaroni as directed on the package. Pour the boiled macaroni into a strainer, shaking occasionally to prevent sticking together.

I like to use the same pot I boil the macaroni in the make the cheese sauce. Melt butter, do not brown, & add flour. Cook on med heat for 3min. Slowly whisk in milk to prevent lumps. When milk begins to boil reduce heat & add cheese.

When cheese is incorporated add cooked macaroni. Mix & empty into baking dish. Bake for 30min or until bubbly.
