Kung Fu Pancakes

Ingredients

2 cups flour (white or whole grain)2 tbs protien powder of your choice (I recommend a vanilla flavored variety)1 1/2 cup soy milk1 egg white (add whole egg if you want the extra fat)1 tbs baking powder1 tsp of vanilla extract (for flavor)
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
2. Using a non-stick pan or lightly greased pan, pour out a small amount, and fry on medium heat.
3. repeat until no more batter is left.
4. Add low sugar/low fat/ any kind of syrup you want and eat. (berrys also taste yum yum)
makes about 4.
