Baked Black Bean/Chick Pea Falafel

Ingredients
1 Can Black BeansI can Chick Peas2 TBSP Flax Ground Seed Meal2 TBSP Wheat germ4 cloves Roasted Garlic10 sprigs of Fresh Parsley3 TBSP Whole Wheat Flour3 TBSP Olive Oil2 TBSP Cumin2 TBSP CorrianderSalt to taste
Directions
Take loose skin of of garlic bunch.
Place in pan, drizzle with Olive Oil.
Roast garlic in oven @ 450 degree for 15 minutes.

Mash black beans, chick peas & Garlic together.
Chop parsley & mix.
Add spices to meal & mix.
Add Flax Seed, Wheat Germ & Olive Oil. Mix.
Add Whole Wheat Flour. Mix.

Roll mix into 24 balls or patties, bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for additional 10 - 20 minutes, depending or wetness of mix.

Let cool.

I like to eat mine in a pita with Greek Yogurt,
