Gummy Candy - No Corn Syrup

Ingredients
3 cups juice of choice (I used Pomegranate& Lime)1 cup sugar1 cup unflavored gelatinoil for very lightly greasing pan or mold
Directions
Add gelatin and sugar to juice and let sit. The juice will slowly absorb the dry ingredients. Cook on medium low, stirring as needed to prevent the gelatin from sticking to the bottom. When the liquid is clear, fully dissolved, pour into greased pan or molds. Allow time to cool until firm.
