1 cup Bran flakes crushed4 ozs Yoplait Fiber One Nonfat vanilla yogurt1-1/4 cups Whole wheat flour1/2 cup Ground flaxseed3/4 cup Mussleman's Natural Unsweetened apple sauce1/4 cup Splenda Brown sugar mix1/2 cup Shredded carrot2/3 cup Trail mix: dark chocolate, soy nuts, peanuts, sunflower seeds, raisins, dates3 tsp Baking powder2 tsp Ground cinnamon1/2 tsp Salt1/2 cup Fat-free egg beaters1 tbsp Grapeseed oil1 tsp Vanilla
Directions
Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Immediately remove muffins from pan to cooking rack. Serve warm.
