Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry (House of Tsang Sauce)

Ingredients
2 large carrots2 bell peppers4 T olive oil2 chick breasts3/4 bottle of House of Tsang Korean Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce
Directions
- Saute carrots and peppers in 2 T olive oil until reduced, soft and well cooked
- Remove mixture, add 2 TB olive oil to pan
- saute cubed chicken in pan until cooked
- add back veggies
- add sauce
- cook till hot, slightly reduced and combined
- serve over rice
