Ingredients
layer 1:1/2 cup butter1/2 cup sugar5 TBSP cocoa1 egg1 cup coconut1 tsp vanilla2 cups crushed graham crackerslayer2:1/2 cup butter3 TBSP milk2 cups powdered sugar2 tsp vanillalayer3:1 package chocolate chips1 tbsp butter
Directions
layer 1: 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup sugar. 5 TBSP cocoa and 1 egg. mix together until thick and then add: 1 cup coconut, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 cups crushed graham crackers. Pat mixture into pan and chill 20 mins

layer 2: 1/2 cup butter, 3 TBSP milk, 2 cups powdered sugar, 2 tsp vanilla. Mix and spread over layer 1, chill for 20 mins

layer 3: 1 package chocolate chips, 1 TBSP butter, melt in double broiler. Spread over layer 2 and chill

KEEP REFRIGERATED.

    Haven't made this, buuuut, if anyone wanted to cut the fat and calories they could do so by replacing the granulated sugar with splenda, the butter with light margarine, the egg with egg beaters, and the graham crackers with light graham crackers. - 1/18/10
