Very Veggie Spinach & Bean Salad

Ingredients
3/4 cup Dole Very Veggie Salad Mix1/2 cup Spinach fresh1/2 cup Tomatoes chopped1/2 cup Mushrooms sliced1/2 cup Garbanzo Beans - Full Circle's Organic1/4 cup Cheddar shredded2 Tbls. Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
Directions
Chop tomatoes & slice mushrooms. Mix with Dole Very Veggie Salad & Baby Spinach. Sprinkle on garbanzo beans & cheddar. Toss lightly with Zesty Italian dressing. If wanted can add a 1/2 oz. of cashew pieces or sunflower seeds for a bit of crunch & even more protein (remember to adjust nutritional value if you do add something).
