Banana Bran Muffins

Ingredients
1/4 C all purpose flour1/2 C sugar1 TBSP baking powder1/4 tsp salt2 cups AllBran cereal1 1/4 C skim milk1 egg1/4 C natural applesauce1 C mashed banana
Directions
Makes 12 muffins
Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt, set aside.
In larg mixing bowl, combine All bran cereal, milk, and banana. Let stand about 2 minutes or until cereal softens. Add egg and applesauce. Beat well. Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Portion evenly into twelve 2 1/2 inch muffin pan cups coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 400 F for about 20 minutes or until golden brown
