2 idaho potatoes 3 tablespoons smart balance buttery spread 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, ground
1. preheat oven to 450°. lightly grease baking sheet; set aside.
2. peel potatoes and cut into wedges.
3. melt butter.
4. in large bowl, toss all ingredients until potatoes are evenly coated. on prepared baking sheet, arrange potatoes in single layer.
5. bake, turning once, 40 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and crisp.
