Jerk-Spiced Tilapia (Eating Clean)

Ingredients
1/2 tsp thyme 1/2 tsp chili powder 1 Tbsp minced garlic 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/2 jalapeno pepper, cored, seeded, and finely chopped 1/2 tsp black pepper Pinch of sea salt 1/2 Tbsp lime juice 1 Tbsp olive oil 1/8 tsp ground cloves 2 tilapia fillets, 5 oz each
Directions
Combine herbs and spices in a small bowl and mix well.
Coat tilapia fillets with olive oil. Pat both sides with spices.
Sauté each fillet until just cooked through, about 3 minutes on each side.
