Ingredients
1/4 cup nonfat vanilla soymilk1/4 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt1/3 cup frozen pineapple chunks1/3 frozen bananaa couple splashes of diet citrus soda4 ice cubes
Directions
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

(make vegan by using soy yogurt, add some more protien by mixing in some protien powder)
