Pumpkin Turkey Chili

Ingredients
* Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 2 cup * Perdue, Lean Ground Turkey, 18 oz * Beans, red kidney, 439 grams * Beans, White Kidney, Progresso (425g can), 425 gram * Tomato Sauce, 2 cup * Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 2 cup * Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 822 grams * Carrots, cooked, 2 cup slices *Add pepper, cinnamon, onion, garlic and chili powder to taste while simmering.
Directions
Makes 11 - 1 cup servings

*Brown garlic and onions with olive oil (or oil of choice)
*Add meat and brown. Drain when browned
*Add diced tomato, tomato sauce and lower heat. Add spices of choice, beans, carrots and corn.
*Keep on low, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
*Top with cheese and sour cream if you like. (Calories not in included in recipe).
