Fat Free Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 1/2 c. Flour1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder14/ tsp. Baking Soda1/4 tsp. Cinnamon1 egg (1/4 c. Egg Beaters)1 c. mashed bananas3/4 c sugar1/4 c applesauce1 tsp lemon peel (optional)1/2 c walnuts or pecans (optional)
Directions
Grease loaf pan or 8x8x2 pan
Combine all dry ingredients, then add liquid ingredients, mix until blended but don't over mix. Fold in nuts.

Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes or until wooden toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes then remove from pan and cool.
