Vegan Whole Wheat Muffins

Ingredients
2 cups of Whole Wheat Flour1 tsp. of Baking Powder1 tsp. of Baking Soda1/2 tsp. of Salt1/2 cup of unsweetened Apple Sauce (can add sweetened)1/2 cup of Maple Syrup or Agave Sweetener1 tsp. of Cinnamon1 cup of Water (can add Rice or Soy Milk)1 cup of chopped walnuts 1 cup of raisins If desired can substitute walnuts and raisins or leave out.
Directions
Mix dry ingredients first then add wet ingredients and mix.
Spray muffin tin with butter or oil flavored cooking spray before adding mix to tin.

Bake at 375 degrees or 20-25 minutes.

For a sweeter muffin can use sweetened apple sauce.
