Ingredients
2 C flour2 tsp baking soda2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt4 eggs1 C Splenda Sugar Blend1 C plus 1 tbls unsweetened applesauce1 tsp vanilla2 cups or 1 can of pumpkin
Directions
Sift together flour, soda, cinnamon, baking powder and salt. Add eggs, splenda, applesauce, vanilla and pumpkin. Beat very well.

Spray bundt pan very well with Pam. Bake 45 minutes at 350.

    This was absolutely amazing! I had to modify it slightly - I only had two eggs, so I used those plus 1/3 cup of liquid egg whites. I used 1/2 cup white sugar and 1/2 cup no-calorie splenda and added 1 tsp of homemade pumpkin pie spice. Still moist and delicious and even lower calorie! (about 85) - 10/14/12
