Chinese chive crustless quiche

Ingredients
Chives used were a chive-like chinese vegetable. Use cooked bacon.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients except butter in a bowl. Melt butter in cast iron skillet. Pour in ingredients and heat on medium for 5 minutes until mixture is set. Place pan in oven and cook for 25 minutes.
