Ingredients
1 Tbsp Olive Oil3 Cups sliced Green Bell Pepper3 Cups Slices Onion2.75lbs Beef Round Tip Strips2 Tsp Fresh Garlic2 Tbsp Chili Powder1 Tbsp Black Pepper1 Tbsp Salt1 Tbsp Gound Cumin24 Tia Rosa Taco Size Torillas
Directions
Slice veggies. Put Meat and Veggies in pan with 1 Tbsp Olive Oil. Sprinkle in seasonings. Mix well and Sautee for 30 min or until meat is done and veggies tender. Top with your favorite extras (not in nutritional info) and enjoy.

    This was delicious! I made mine with a Flank steak cut (couldn't find the round tip) so it was a little tougher than I'm sure the round would have been but still so yummy and flavorful! I also added a bit of chipotle powder which made it mm good! - 1/17/08
