Dill Banana Pepper Tuna Salad

Ingredients
12 oz solid tuna packed in water (well drained)2 scallions washed, trimmed and chopped fine1/4 cup banana peppers3 Tbsp chopped fresh dill1/4 cup chopped almonds (toasted if desired)1/4 cup good quality olive oil1 Tbsp smooth dijon mustard1 Tbsp whole-grain mustard1 tsp balsamic vinegar1 tsp fresh lemon juice (or more to taste)1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Mix all the ingredients well with a fork in a medium-size, nonreactive bowl. Taste and adjust lemon juice and pepper. The salad can be made up to 3 days in advance and refrigerated.
