Healthy Dominican style Spaguetti

Ingredients
8 oz uncooked Whole Wheat Pasta (spaguetti,pene,ziti)your choice.2 quarts of water.4 oz of ground turkey or chicken.1/2 cup of bell pepper and onion.1 small can of tomato sauce.salt and pepper to tasted.Grated Cheese to Garnish..
Directions
cook the spaguetti as usual..
in a saucepan mixed the meat with peppers,onion, tomato sauce and saute for few minutes until the meat are bronw and the peppers are tender, simmer for few minutes in low heat, mixed the spaguetti with the meat and simmer for another 5 minutes taste for salt and pepper... serve and toss with some grated cheese...
