NO-EGG French Toast

Bread, italian, 8 slice, small (3-1/4" x 2-1/2" x 1/2 Silk Soy Milk plus DHA Omega-3, 2 cup Silk, Nog Soymilk, .5 cup, 1 serving Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp *Orange blossom honey, 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp *Flour, white, .5 cup
The most you have to do is mix the soymilk mixture.
Add the soymilk, spices, honey, and flour into a bowl and mix until combined.
Take each piece of bread a dredge each into the mixture for 5seconds, each side.
Place them onto a griddle on med/med-high with the earth balance and olive oil mixture.
Cook on each side until they are browned and crisp. Do the same to each batch until done. You can eat them in a serving of 2 or enjoy just one. The recipe is set for each individual slice.
Serve with maple syrup, plain, powdered sugar, or however you like. Either way, I know you will love them.

I haven't gotten used to soy milk just yet. I'll hang on to it just in case. I'm still interested because it sounds like a good recipe - 12/8/09

This is a very good recipe to start out eating when you are not used to soy milk. You would never know you are having soy milk. I recommend that people try the Silk soy milk with Omega 3 and DHA...its the best! Good luck, enjoy :)
