Mexican Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients
3 egg whites1 4oz. can diced green chillies1 c. crushed cornflakes1 c. shredded Mexican cheese blend1/2 tsp. seasoned salt1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper16oz ground chicken breast
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Crumble chicken over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1-in. balls. Place on baking sheets coated with cooking spray.

Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown, turning occasionally. Serve with salsa if desired.
